Consent comes first
Prompts are suggestions, never instructions. Everyone involved must freely agree, may skip anything and may stop at any time. Do not use the service to pressure, harm, harass or involve anyone who cannot legally consent.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your password and do not share access. You are responsible for content you add and must not add illegal, abusive or identifying content about another person without permission.
Couple spaces
Linking shares saved couple-space data with the linked partner. Either person may end the link. Export anything you need before ending a link or deleting an account.
Health and safety
SpicedUp is entertainment, not medical or relationship advice. Consider personal health, boundaries, local law and physical safety before acting on any suggestion.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but may change, suspend or discontinue features. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
