Privacy Policy
SpicedUp is designed for adults and stores only the information needed to provide accounts, private game history, couple linking and optional intimacy tracking.
What we store
Your email, nickname, password hash, account consent dates, session records, couple connection, feedback you send and the game or calendar information you choose to save. We never store your plain-text password.
Why we process it
We use this data to provide the service you request, protect accounts, synchronize a couple space and meet security or legal obligations. Intimacy entries are optional and may reveal highly sensitive information.
Sharing and processors
Data is not public and is not sold. It may be processed by hosting and database providers strictly to operate the service. A linked partner can see information saved to the shared couple space.
Retention and control
Account data is kept while your account exists. Expired sessions and security rate-limit records are cleaned up automatically. You can export or permanently delete your account from Settings. Deleting a linked account may also remove the shared couple space.
Account recovery
SpicedUp does not send account or recovery emails. Keep your password safe; a forgotten password cannot currently be recovered automatically.
Security
We use encrypted transport, hashed passwords, restricted session cookies and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid putting identifying details in optional notes.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Use the built-in export/delete controls or contact privacy@spicedup.io.
